  • Usually, yes. Ceramic coating requires a clean surface to bond to polishing and correction helps here also it locks in the finish underneath, so we recommend polishing first to improve gloss and remove defects before coating.

  • Yes, and new cars are often the best candidates. But even brand-new vehicles can arrive with swirl marks, dealer wash damage, water spots, or contamination, so prep is still important.

  • Avoid washing for the first couple of weeks, avoid water exposure during the initial cure period where possible, then maintain it with safe wash methods and suitable products such as PH neutral soaps we reccommend half yearly check ups where we can decontaminate the coating and refresh the coating to improve longevity

  • Yes. We can safely clean and maintain vehicles with paint protection film, our methodas have been proven to enhance the look of ppf using products and processes that suit PPF and delicate finishes.

  • Generally, no. Many modern vehicles have airbags, sensors, wiring, and single-use bolts involved. We clean thoroughly without unnecessary removal unless it is safe and appropriate.

  • Yes, depending on the cause. We offer deep interior cleaning and ozone treatment options for odours caused by food, pets, smoke, moisture, and bacteria. multiple visits or long stays may be required to comletely flush some odours out such as smoke and mould.

  • Yes, but pet hair removal can take extra time depending on the fabric and how embedded it is.
